The Majeriková & Partners law firm ranks among the leading Slovak law firms. It has been active on the field of legal services since 1992.
Due to the professional language competences of the office members, legal services are offered in the German and English languages, in addition to Slovak. Thanks to focused specializations resulting from the internal organization structure of the office, the individual lawyers are capable of offering our clients legal advice on a high specialist and professional level. The goal of the efforts of all the members of the practice is, as well as seeking the optimal legal solutions, to enable the client to achieve the aims they have identified, also taking into account their individual commercial needs. Our efforts are therefore oriented towards the finding of simple practical resolutions which correspond as closely as possible to the economic requirements of the clients, and to their set goals.
Several members of the legal practice have undergone professional stays abroad, as a result of which they are able, along with their experience in the application of Slovak law, to also provide the client with legal aid in the implementation of their planned international transactions and to help them conduct commercial negotiations with foreign clients towards the conclusion of contracts with international aspects. The development of entrepreneurial relations in the current globalization process requires mastery not only of domestic legal regulations, but also a familiarity with international legislation, in particular the legal codes in the countries where the client’s contractual partners come from. For this purpose the firm has developed close cooperation with a number of renowned foreign law offices established in countries within the European economic area. Thanks to its membership in the international legal groupings EUROJURIS International and EUROJURIS Deutschland, the office is also able to offer its clients speedy and effective legal counseling in issues going beyond the borders of individual countries.
Practice members are authors and co-authors of several professional publications and articles in the areas of commercial and economic law. They also present their specialist knowledge and rich practical experience through lecturing activities at many professional seminars, both at home and abroad.
